This is an old-timey weather resistant fabric, used by my fisherman dad at sea, and cowboys to keep safe from wind and dust. This is a shell rain coat.Can be fully lined as special order for additional cost.This coat features a GIANT pocket on the right side for two reasons1.so you don`t have to bring your purse.2.the coat can be shoved inside the pocket, with handles that pull out to be worn as a shoulder bag for when the rains let up.also! the hood is detachable.
